Sibley Affordable Housing

This massive $28 million project created housing, office and retail space, a senior center, an urban farm market, and 200 underground Parking Spaces. Rochester Research Associates provided Contract Compliance, EEO Reporting, MWBE Reporting, and Residency Reporting. The project resulted in 35.1% minority workforce participation, exceeding it's goal by over 15%.
