Rochester Research Associates, LLC provides independent contract compliance services in the construction industry on publicly funded projects.
MWBE Compliance
Certified firm compliance entails outreach, monitoring, tracking, reporting business utilization in accordance to municipality, state, and federal laws throughout the entire project. This includes MWBE, DBE, and SDVOB certified firms.
In addition we provide Commercially Useful Function evaluations and due diligence research.
EEO Compliance
EEO compliance consists of monitoring, tracking, and reporting workforce participation of all employees working on a project to provide opportunities to individuals who are underrepresented in the construction industry. This may race, gender, and socioeconomic status.

Wage Compliance
Wage Compliance is implementing and providing guidance and oversight for labor compliance matters including field inspections, collection and review of certified payroll records, and reporting with labor-related regulations established by the funding source.
This includes New York State and Federal Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage.
