Cedar's of Chili Renovation Project

This $56.6 million project  modernized and rehabilitated 320 affordable apartments in Chili New York, which included the complete renovation of all kitchens and bathrooms, and replacement of heating and cooling systems, roofs, windows, and wood patios and decks across all 60 of the two-story buildings on the 33-acre site. 

 

RRA served as the project’s Independent Compliance Officer and also provided Davis-Bacon Wage compliance monitoring. The project was completed in December 2017.
