City Gate Project

City Gate is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of East Henrietta Rd and Westfall Rd. This $177 million, 45-acre mixed-use development project resulted in a new Costco Wholesale store, 300 loft-style apartments overlooking the Erie Canal, a 150 room hotel, commercial space and a street of shops and restaurants, and a 90,000 Sq ft. parking garage. RRA was hired as the Independent Compliance Monitor to ensure contract compliance as well as proper and timely EEO reporting.
